Somewhere Different to Eat in North Charlotte!

Located in North Charlotte near North Lake Mall is where you’ll find Mimi’s Cafe. I had never dined in one of the chain restaurants and drove past it several times before a friend invited me to dinner. What a treat! The food was fantastic, they served ample sized portions (enough for lunch the next day!) and there was a vast amount to choice from.

Thanks to Toshiba America Nuclear Energy there will be 194 new jobs created in Charlotte over the next five years. That may not sound like much but the number one thing that needs to happen to get the economy moving again is putting people back in jobs.
