Think of it this way, there is a very high chance that your home is going to appreciate from today’s value over the next…

Best Time To Sell Real Estate
That’s right, this is the best time to sell real estate. How so? Well, there is no sense in looking at the past and saying, “wow, we should have sold our home then!” If you are saying that then you have already missed the boat. However, there is only one thing worse than missing the boat… want to know what that is? Okay… the only thing worse than missing the boat is to miss the boat at your second opportunity!

The Real Estate Surge
Most people know that there is a small surge in buyer activity right now. Sure the interest rates for mortgages has much to do with this but there is something on the horizon that will change the Real Estate picture in the near future. The coming change will be bad for sellers because it will change the value of real estate throughout the country… especially in higher priced homes.

The Coming Problem for the Real Estate Market
