Road construction in Highland Creek
Have you noticed the new road construction that will link up Highland Creek Parkway with Ridge Road? Many residents of Highland Creek may not be aware of the road construction. There are currently three entrances to the neighborhood. Soon there will be four. Because some residents only use the Clarke Creek or Eastfield entrances they may not travel the portion of the parkway that passes by Highland Creek Elementary School. This is the area where the new entrance is being constructed and it will connect to Ridge Road.
Why build another entrance in to Highland Creek?
This new street will provide easy access for Highland Creek Elementary and the new Ridge Road Middle School. Ridge Road Middle is still under construction but

The Carolinas will see two major companies invest in large manufacturing facilities in the Carolinas over the next years. These are Apple Computers and Boeing.
