I found a great little restaurant in Birkdale Village recently. It’s called Maddi’s Southern Bistro. I was at Birkdale Village with my son and his girlfriend and we were looking for a place to eat. This must be a fairly new place, because I hadn’t seen it before. It’s connected to a little shop that I had been in before called Maddi’s. The food was GREAT as was the service. It’s just a small place with a really cute atmosphere.
