Oh what a difference two years makes. Just imagine what we all would have done differently if we had only know what was in store. At the time it was not only resale homes selling in Charlotte. The Charlotte new-home market set records for first-quarter starts and closings.

So, have we learned any lessons from the events of the past two years? How about… expect the unexpected? Imagine how the country and the housing market might look in two years from now. It will come back… the question is, will Charlotte real estate be booming. I think not, however, it will be more active than it is today.
