Christenbury Corners

March 2, 2009 · Print This Article

You may have seen the large developer’s signs at the intersection of Concord Mills Blvd. and Derita Road. This area will be called Christenbury Corners and it holds big promises for everyone who would like more retail shopping in this area. Residents of Skybrook, Highland Creek and all the neighborhoods in that area who have wanted a close-by home improvement store and grocery store will soon be satisfied.

It’s still too early for the developer to release the specific stores but there is about 90 acres of retail space and outparcels available. Keep reading The Ramsey Record or our visit our website at www.YourCharlotteConnection.com for updates on this development!

Any new information on Christenbury Corners? It has sat almost dormant (except for the very nice to have Lowes Home Improvement). I was looking forward to the Bloom, but haven’t seen much happening in a while. The area can support it and the retail on those corners would be booming.

All contact people were friendly, polite, PROMPT and did what they said they would do. The amount of showings were phenomenal. The cruise was great fun and the moving van was very, very helpful.
