Home Inspector Change

The Charlotte Observer published an article late last year about how Licensed Home Inspectors made an important change in November. In the summary section of their reports Inspectors will no longer make suggestions of how to fix the problems they find.

What does this mean to a home buyer? You will no longer be able to look ant the inspection report summary page to find all the answers. Instead, you are going to have to look in the detail report to get this information.
