Christenbury Corners

Christenbury Corners is located at the corners of Concord Mills Boulevard and Derita Road. It is a large development which is planned to include several “anchor” stores and many out-parcel stores as well.

The stores that are already completed or are in the plan include:

Lowe’s Home Improvement
Bloom
Bank of America
Fifth-Third Bank

There are several other out parcels that will increase the number of available retail stores and restaurants.

Obviously, Concord Mills Mall is a large draw for tourists to the general area. However, the residents who live in Highland Creek, Skybrook and all the neighboring subdivisions will be the most common patrons of the stores at Christenbury Corners as well as the nearby Walmart store. For those neighborhoods a home improvement store and a grocery store have been long awaited.
