Everyone knows that the current North Charlotte real estate market is poised for buyers just as the national real estate market is. This is usually called a “buyers market.” Clearly, that is the case now.

You Can’t Take Advantage of a “Buyer’s Market” if You Don’t BUY!

So, that leaves me wondering why people aren’t buying real estate! After all, you can’t take advantage of a “Buyers Market” if you don’t BUY! If that’s the reality of the situation then where are the buyers?

on-fence Certainly, some buyers are stuck in their current homes waiting for a buyer that will release them to buy. That’s not who I’m talking about! The first-time buyer who has an $8,000 gift from the government just waiting for them is who puzzle me when they sit on the fence! The interest rates are incredibly low and there is money out there to lend. So, c’mon first-time home buyers, get going and take advantage of these conditions. Things are not looking like they will go any lower. In fact, we are seeing the prices in stater homes settle in. So, it makes no sense to wait.
